Grading

For each cheese of yarn produced, we carry out quality control for two times. During the first control, the yarns with unstable tension shall be eliminated on the production machine through a computerized ,on - line sensor and the eliminated yarns will be listed as B grade or C grade.

During the second control, knit each cheese of yarn into fabric swatch and then judge whether there are any yarns with abnormal dyeing effects. Those with abnormal dyeing effects will be listed as B grade or C grade.

In this company, nylon textured yarn raw white and nylon spandex covering yarn raw white can be divided into four grades.

Grade	Yarn quality	Applicable products
AA	• Each cheese of yarn shall have the same nature for dyeing, • with almost the same weight and length. • We guarantee that AA grade yarns can be dyed with any colors and have consistent colors.	• Need dye-sensitive color (i.e. the Color shall not be black or bleach White color) and shall have sensitive structure. Only equal-length yarns can be made into very flat f abric . For example, TRICOT Fabric, single jersey .
A	• Each cheese of yarn shall have the same nature for dyeing, with almost the same weight and length. But the manufacturing interval is bigger than that of AA grade.We guarantee that A grade yarns have consistent black color and bleach white color.	• fabric dyed into black or bleach white color.
B	• Non equal-length or equal-weight yarns. Most of the yarns weigh 4.5 kg/cheese, and few weigh from 1 to 4.5 kg/ cheese. We cannot provide any warranty to B grade yarns.	• Products such as socks and gloves, for which no dyeing quality is emphasized.
C	Grade C yarns have three types: 1. For the yarns striking against worktables or ground during transportation or packaging, Most of them weigh 4.5 kg/ cheese, and few weigh from 1 to 4.5 kg/ cheese . 2. For the yarns stained during transportation or packaging, Most of them weigh 4.5 kg/ cheese, and few weigh from 1 to 4.5 kg/cheese. 3. For very light yarns, each cheese has an average weight of 300 g. We cannot provide any warranty to C grade yarns.	• Products such as socks and gloves, for which no dyeing quality is emphasized.
